Behavioural Economics for Sustainability

The aim of the school is to train PhD students and junior researchers working in the field ofsustainability transition who are interested in applying behavioural tools. Theoretical lectures onbehavioural economics will be accompanied with applicative modules. The school is organised bythe Bioeconomy in Transition Group – BiT-RG (UnitelmaSapienza), in collaboration withUniversity of Ferrara and the Sustainability Environmental Economics and Dynamics Studies(SEEDS). SEEDS is an inter-university research centre which develops research and highereducation projects in the fields of ecological and environmental economics, with a special focus onthe role of policy and innovation.
SEEDS Summer school on Patent data analysis for economics
2024 and 2025 Editions | University of Ferrara
The summer school is open to Ph.D. and post-doctoral students as well as more experienced scholars who want to explore the wealth of information provided by patent data and their potential for research activities. Indeed, the summer school is intended to guide the attendees through the items that compose patent data from raw data to the elaboration of more sophisticated statistics and indicators. Given the researcher orientation of the summer school, recent papers and milestones in the patent literature will be discussed.
